"Came here with my mother in law who had visited a few weeks earlier. We are in town visiting, and were keen to check out somewhere different to eat. She's been raving about the goat curry so we were hoping to try some. Unfortunately, they only had one portion left, so she got that (we did get to try some and it was yummy). We enjoyed a Chicken curry, and I loved the chips (fries), but the most delicious dish was the oxtail. So tender and flavourful 😋. We ate in, but mostly you would probably order to go."

"My husband and I had the privilege of going to Fusion Hut Bistro, and the food is thebest that we have had in the area. The curried goat and jerk chicken tasted delicious. The Watermelon Ice tea was also good; very refreshing. The service was great and execetional customer service. Some of dishes on the menu are done to order,so order in advance if you can. The dishes are reasonable priced, and the serving portion is definitely worth the cost.I highly recommend this restaurant,and would definitely visit whenever I am in the area."
